As a promotion for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pier Village in Long Branch held a free raffle giving anyone who qualified a chance to win a brand new bright pink Vespa. The winner was supposed to be announced in November, but because of Superstorm Sandy, the picking of the winning ticket was postponed a few days. When Christine Sansone of Monmouth Beach was notified that she was the winner she thought it was a joke. “I was so happy. I really wanted to win the Vespa. When the weather gets nice, you will see me ride it to Gold’s Gym. Rinaldo Andrea Daniele who works at Cake Bake and Roll presents the keys to Christine along with her daughter Brook and husband Paul.
