Long Branch Public Safety Director Domingos Saldida, Long Branch Police Corporal Kim Leavy, a founding member of Long Branch HEARS and co-founder of Family Addiction Network Susan Marco, Assemblywoman Joann Downey, Larry Milon, Assemblyman Eric Houghtaling, County Commissioner Deputy Director Susan M. Kiley and Long Branch Councilwoman Anita Voogt. All were thanked for their efforts to stop opioid addiction and the stigma that goes with it, causing people to avoid seeking help.
