Gunner; Hi, hoomans! My name is Gunner. Can you believe I came to the MCSPCA as a stray? I am at the shelter now, waiting patiently like the gentleman that I am, for my FUR-ever home. I am an approximately 4 year-old Labrador Retriever mix weighing in at 63 pounds. I walk beautifully on leash, and I love my outside time! I can be a little shy at times so a calm, patient family is what I’m looking for to build a loving bond.
I have lovely, warm brown eyes and a thick black coat. My silly smile may remind you of a classic TV character. (Hint: could I BE any cuter?)
I would do best as the only pup in the home, but I could go to a household with children aged 10+. A yard is super important for me to get me to get my energy out.

Olivia: Helloooooo! I came to the shelter when my owner couldn’t keep me anymore, and I hope you’ll give this sweet senior girl a second chance!I’m 10 years young and a lovely gal who enjoys a good pet and brush. After a little time getting used to my new home, I’ll be a great friend to always have by your side. I arrived at over 19 pounds, so the shelter will send me home with special diet food and a plan to help me get back on track.
A quieter home is best suited for me. I’m more than fine with being an only cat, but could coexist with some laidback kitties of yours. I’m so, so very excited to meet my new family!
