Guest Speaker and former Culinary Arts Training Program Trainee Elwood Kilroe; Fulfill’s Culinary Assistant Dorothy Frederick; Fulfill’s Culinary Services Manager Chef Lisa Palmieri; and graduates of Fulfill’s Culinary Arts Training Program Kamal James, Jaylah Carpenter and Stacey Fitzpatrick. The program teaches valuable culinary skills in the commercial kitchen at The B.E.A.T. Center in Toms River.
