New officers in Oceanport

June 4, 2013Colonial American Bank held the opening of a new branch office located in Shrewsbury, (by Marshalls) at 490B Shrewsbury Plaza.
Leading the Shrewsbury branch office is Sharon Franklin, of West Long Branch, as vice president and branch manager. Franklin, who has over 30 years of banking experience, will facilitate all branch sales, service, business-development strategies and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of personalized customer service. She is joined by Karen Willis of Tinton Falls and Adam Pecoraro of East Brunswick, who combined bring 36 years of banking experience.
As Assistant Branch Manager, Willis is responsible for customer service, sales and operational performance, training, and community involvement. As Head Teller, Pecoraro will oversee the daily operations of the branch including managing cash flow and office security, customer service interactions, new accounts, and team member training.
