PORT MONMOUTH— The Monmouth County Park System is hosting its annual Wind & Sea Festival on Saturday, September 17 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at Bayshore Waterfront Park, Port Monmouth.
This event celebrates the Bayshore with coastal activities including stand-up paddling, kayaking, fishing, sailing, beach volleyball, disc golf, kite flying, crabbing, sand castle building, seining, shelling, sand casting and children’s crafts. Children are sure to love the storyteller while visitors of all ages will enjoy great food and music. Most activities are free but some may have a fee. Admission and parking are free. Parking is available at the Belford Ferry Terminal located at 10 Harbor Way, Belford. A shuttle bus will transport visitors to and from the ferry terminal to Bayshore Waterfront Park.
