23,012 JCP&L customers without power

As a result of the high winds Jersey Central Power & Light has reported that 23,012 customers are without power as of 4:47pm.

Monmouth County has 8,367 customers with power. Towns with outages are Neptune Township with 1,094, Tinton Falls with 493 and Ocean Township has 348.

JCP&L has crews out working and hope to have the power flowing soon.
