On February 28th, 2013 Detectives Todd Coleman and Charles Simonelli of the Long Branch Police Department with assistance from the US Marshal’s Office arrested Daniel Julio Jr. for Attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose.
The charges stemmed from an altercation in Long Branch in the early morning hours on February 25th, 2013. Julio is 21 years old and resides at 399 Brinley Street.
Julio was arrested at the Chrystal Motor Lodge in Eatontown. He was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $515,000 bail which was set by Judge Vernoia.
