New Jersey State Police are the lead investigative agency and are looking into the fire which caused damage to five other boats. Long Branch Fire Department quickly extinguished the fire. No injuries were reported.
The Link News received many inquiries about helicopters hovering over that area this morning. It is unconfirmed that the choppers were news crews from New York City.
